I went to the reception desk expection desk expecting average service. I was pleasantly surprised by this lady's extreme courtesy. She was very considerate and went out of her way to assist me resolve my problems. I am very grateful for all her assistance to coin a phrase 'she has the x-factor' I went to the hospital on Monday 25-04-16
